Students ki hiring ke liye bahut si companies campus aur off drive placement karti hain. Isliye students ko company ke needs ke against hone se penalty bhi mil sakti hai. Yeh jankari un sabhi college students ke liye hai jo 2nd year, 3rd year ya final me appear kar rhe hain aur unke liye bhi jo graduation complete hone ke bad Job search kar rhe hain. Isliye sabhi students apne Social networking site par bhi post soch samajh kar karen. Job provide karne wali companies bhale hi yeh disclose na karen ki unke selection ka aadhar kya hai, lekin ye companies students ki personal information jarur se jarur collect karti hain. Aur yeh cheez aur bhi asan ho jaati hai jab companies campus me placement ke liye aati hain. Kyunki companies ko students ki jo bhi personal information chahiye hoti hai unhe collect karne me college unki puri help karta hai. Training and placement cell officers ka kahna hai ki company chahe chhoti ho ya badi, ye students ki mansikta jaanne par jor jyada deti hain.

Mostly companies social media par post hone wale messages par jyada dhyan deti hain. Isme mostly apne feild ke alawa koi bhi dusri baat karna inke baare me post send karna, Political, Devotional, Social subjects par jyada uljhe rahna aur lagatar ek hi tarah ki post karna etc. in sabhi mamlon me students ko penalty milti hai, kyunki company aise hi employ ko job dena chahegi jiska pahla focus company ke liye kaam karna ho. Company me job pane wale employ social media me kitna active rahte hain.

Jo bhi companies campus placement ke liye college visit karti hain wo sabhi students ka social media profile check karne ke bad koi bhi baat training and placement cell ko report nahin karti hain lekin college ko yeh hint jarur de deti hain ki college students ko batayen ki social media par jo unke feild se related cheezen nahin hain usme apna time waste na karen. Kyunki social media websites par agar koi employ apni nizi soch kisi subject par post karta hai to aisa karne se unke company ka name bhi kharab hota hai.

Training and placement expert kahte hain ki college students me awareness ki kami hai. Students badi se badi company me kaam karna chahte hain lekin apni activities ko company ke needs ke according match nahin kar paate. Koi bhi company kabhi yeh nahin batati hain ki unke selection ka aadhar kya hai but social media ke through wo sabhi students ki mentality ko samajh jaati hain aur fir is prakar se chhatni shuru hoti hai.

Kyunki companies chahti hain ki unke employ kisi vishesh vichardhara se badhen na hon. Jis feild me students kaam karne wale hon usse related post na hone par companies chhatni start kar deti hain.
